The Mary Webb Society

There will be a screening of Gone to Earth, the 1950 classic film of Mary Webb’s novel which includes many local extras and was filmed in Shropshire. The film will be shown at The Anstice, Madeley, Telford TF7 5BB on Wednesday 2nd March at 2.00pm. Tickets are free but booking is necessary. There will be a Mary Webb society display and book sale. Please come along and support this community event in this beautifully restored historic building.
